Finding A Book At The Inner Bookshop

 If you are looking for a particular book, enter the author and/or significant words (keywords) from the title in the relevant search boxes.

All editions of the book available will be displayed (ie hardback or paperback, new or secondhand).
If you want to know what we have in stock on a particular subject, enter a subject keyword. To browse the subjects available, click on one of the main subject headings from the subjects “bookcase”. This will give you lots of suggestions for more specific categories to browse - enter keywords in the relevant subject search box or clink on the category heading links. Unless you choose otherwise, all editions of each book will be displayed; we recommend this as new books may have cheaper editions on offer, as well as secondhand copies. Secondhand books are in good (or better) condition unless otherwise stated.

If you cannot find the book you are looking for:

  • DO NOT USE PUNCTUATION. Some characters can be illegal in search terms, not just commas and full stops but hyphens and apostrophes. We hope to get around these problems in future but for now just substitute a space instead (e.g. The Cat's Dinner as title, search for "cat s dinner").
  • Check your search. Have you mis-typed a word or name? If not try a different search strategy (e.g. title rather than author) or click on tips for more help in refining your search.
  • Contact us here: mail@innerbookshop.com. We can order it for you if it is in print.
  • If it is out of print, we can record your interest in the title, and let you know if we get it in (either secondhand or when reprinted).

If you still cannot find it with us, you may want to try this market place ABE Books. We actually list our secondhand and many of our bargain books with them (although if you find any of our books on there, they may be cheaper, at least in postage, from us direct). 
This is the largest market place for books in the world, in fact the second largest market place, behind Ebay. It has most books listed including very rare out of print books. Try typing in what you are looking for and hit the 'START SEARCH' button in the box below.
